UX/UI Case study

Universal Access NY

Universal Access NY is a Masters Thesis research project to promote discussions about universal design and the importance of access for people in the disability community. The project focused on developing a social awareness campaign that includes a resource companion website and an interactive narrative game that brings public recognition on the difficulties of accessibility in urban areas for wheelchair users.

Crip Imponderabilia

The motivation for this project was a NYU student who was visually impaired and interested in the arts. One of the challenges this student faced was having verbal descriptions for art hosted in NYU galleries. In response to the lack of verbal descriptions, the student put together an art exhibition and was looking for a way to have impaired visitors be able to engage with the artwork.

UI/Web Design

As a senior print and website designer at exhibit-E my role is to design responsive multi-page websites using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. For print and digital materials, I managed various clients handling communications and overseeing the projects from design to production until it is a finished product.

Product & graphic design

Knock Knock

As a Junior Designer at Knock Knock I designed multi-page printed pieces using InDesign to create an array of different products that required strong type skills, layout design, and an eye for detail. I also created style guides for their signature products to increase efficiency when designing new products within the series. Lastly, I developed innovative design proposals for different products in a timely manner.
